1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In their original condition and packaging.

With all original tags and labels attached.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Final sale or clearance items stated as “non-refundable”.

Underwear, intimate wear, or hygiene-sensitive items.

Items that are damaged, worn, or altered by the customer.
4. Return Process

Our support team will provide the return address and instructions.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm approval or rejection of the refund.
5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the products are defective or we shipped the wrong item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
